Personalised items will be refunded or replaced if the error has been made by me, However, if you have made a spelling/grammatical error, and I have made the item as requested/ as you have written this will not be refunded as I will not be able to re sell the item please double check spelling and grammar.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please contact us in writing via messages.

In the case of damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, sending photographic evidence of the damage. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given without evidence of damage.

We will progress a claim with the postal company and may require assistance/writing from you information to back up the claim. We will advise accordingly.

PERSONALISED ITEMS
Personalised items are non-refundable. When you tell us what you want we will copy it EXACTLY so please ensure that you check the spelling, include punctuation and Capital letters – we will copy what you write!! If we make an error we will replace at our cost. Once an order is placed we are unable to cancel it as items are made to order to each individual requirement.

If you item includes a photo please ensure it is of high quality (at least 1MB, bigger is better)- the quality of any photo will be reflected in the final product. If we believe the photo received is low quality we will advise you – we pride ourselves on making quality products so we like to be honest with our customers.

Vinyl items – recommended to be washed inside out on no more than 30 degree wash. Don’t wash with heavy items. Iron inside out – do not iron on the writing/vinyl. Do not tumble dry.

Door mats – these are made for indoor or undercover use –they are not ideal for outdoors as the weather breaks up the coir (which is a natural product) quickly

Our mugs are dishwasher safe however, we do recommend hand washing and air or tea towel drying to ensure longevity of the item colours over time.

LONG DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
All items are covered by the new long distance selling regulations. Personalised items are covered if cancelled before they are in the making process . You have a 14 day cooling off period. However if your item has already been started this does not apply unless it is not a personalised item.
