If the item is returned to us as “undelivered” and it is personalised we are unable to refund for the item as we are unable to resell it. I am happy to repost to you but you are responsible for the additional postage costs incurred for reposting. We always advise via email/paypal when items are posted so customers are aware its on its way!

Returns will only be accepted on a non-personalised item with prior agreement with us. You have 14 days to return it at your own expense. We will only refund the item value, no postage. Where items are personalised we do not offer a return service unless there is an error on our behalf.


If one of our items is faulty you must provide photographs of the items to us. If we deem that the item is faulty within reasonable use we will refund you, however, if the item has been mistreated/misused/or sold and used excessively we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Obviously a claim of faulty item must be made in a reasonable timeframe
